The room is located on the 1st floor , room is 24 m2 , is located next to big kitchen shared with one other tenant. The rent is 800€ in total ( 550€ rent +250€ utilities a month ) the room has a big windows, which creates a very nice environment for studying . The house is located near the centrum of Leiden .
